Like all Appalachian Baby Design baby garment kits, this Baby Doe Poncho Kit contains the yarn needed for the project, the pattern and any notions like buttons or tassels for the project you are making.
The Baby Doe Poncho kit is for a hooded baby wrap. The white tail of a tassel adds the perfect finishing touch and it is included with the kit.
It is knit in large pieces, then assembled following a schematic in the pattern. It requires intermediate knitting skill and a US 6 (4 mm) needle, a stitch marker and tapestry needle.
The kit contains the knitting instructions and three cakes of 194 yards (177 meters) U.S. Organic Cotton and one cake of 194 yards (177 meters) Undyed Natural U.S. Organic Cotton.
