- Age of the Vines: 15 to 20 years.
- Density/ha : 3,500 vines/ha.
- Soil : Sandy limestone, with clay sub-soils.
- Irrigation : Dry farmed.
- Harvest : 100% manual in boxes, with intensive selection in the vineyards.
- Vinification : Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Malo-lactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is blended then aged in concrete vats.
- Alcoholic Strength : 14.5% vol.
