Giallo luminoso alla vista. Al naso rivela i sentori tipici del varietale, con eleganti note di fiori bianchi, mela e frutta a polpa bianca. Fresco, sapido e minerale al palato, offre un sorso estremamente piacevole e bevibile.Cantine Olivella propone un gradevolissimo “Emblema” del Caprettone e della denominazione Vesuvio DOC. Fresco, elegante e minerale, si rivela un vino bianco che non annoia mai grazie alle piacevoli sensazioni sapide e fruttate che lo caratterizzano. Nasce nella zona Vesuviana tra i 300 e i 600 metri di altitudine, da grappoli coltivati a piede franco in conduzione biologica. Le uve sono raccolta a mano e trasportate in cantina per essere rapidamente vinificate in acciaio inox a temperatura controllata, dove il vino sosta sulle fecce fini per 4 mesi prima della messa in bottiglia.
Ottimo con la cucina di mare e con piccoli antipasti, ma anche con tartare e crudi di pesce.
