Scott Honey Farms & Organics is a Kempain Family favorite because they keep it simple: raw honey, honest ingredients, and zero fillers. Based in Alabama, this small-batch apiary creates infusions that turn a pantry staple into something you want to eat by the spoonful.

Their Roasted Espresso Honey is the ultimate "Outfitter" fuel. By infusing their raw wildflower honey with responsibly sourced roasted espresso beans, they’ve created a spread that captures the warmth and depth of a morning brew. It balances the floral sweetness of the honey with the rich, dark notes of coffee—perfect for kickstarting a cold morning.

How We Use It:

  • The "Campfire" Coffee: Stir a spoonful into black coffee for instant sweetness and depth.
  • The Power Breakfast: Drizzle it over oatmeal, pancakes, or yogurt for a morning energy kick.
  • The Glaze: Surprisingly excellent as a glaze for bacon or dark meats.

Specifications:

  • Ingredients: Pure Honey, Roasted Espresso Beans
  • Profile: Bold / Rich / Sweet Caffeinated Notes
  • Origin: Hand-harvested in Alabama, USA
  • Packaging: Glass Jar (Recyclable)

The Story: Scott Honey Farms is a true family operation dedicated to sustainable beekeeping. Unlike mass-produced honey that is often ultra-filtered, their honey retains its natural pollen and enzymes, ensuring you get the full flavor of the local wildflowers.

Not the best, but not the worst either
Format: Hardcover
By any means not the funniest book in the series, only the one on Krusty the Clown was more un-funny; but still a worthy addition to your collection and, just like all the others from the series providing a retrospective of anecdotes you might have forgotten.

Not that great
Huge "The Simpsons" fan. I watched all the episodes and read a lot of the comics and enjoy most. This one however was quite boring. Turns out I'm just not a big fan of Chief Wiggum. I really enjoyed The "Homer" and "Bart" book. But not this one. Maybe if you love Wiggum you'll love it. If you're not too fond of him then I wouldn't buy it.

Good for my collection.
Format: Hardcover
This was another quick and entertaining read. This instalment wasn't as enjoyable as some of the other books but it was still good. I'm glad to have it in my collection.
