Chả cá que King Omuk là loại odeng được làm tại Việt Nam dựa trên công thức truyền thống chuẩn Hàn. Sản phẩm được làm thành nhiều que tròn dài với từng miếng chả dày dặn được làm hoàn toàn từ thịt cá xay, ướp gia vị vừa ăn.

Kèm theo đó là một gói túi lọc nấu nước dùng cho món súp chả cá bao gồm các thành phần như cá cơm, tảo bẹ, nấm khô. Đây là 3 nguyên liệu tạo nên vị ngọt tự nhiên cho nước súp dùng mà người Hàn ưa dùng, chỉ cần đun sôi với nước khoảng 15 phút là dễ dàng có ngay nước súp odeng nóng hổi thơm lừng.

Một bịch bao gồm 7 que vừa đủ để nấu một nồi odeng hotpot dành cho phần ăn từ 2~3 người. Càng ngon hơn khi cho thêm vào các loại nấm và rau củ như củ cải trắng, nấm đông cô, nấm kim châm, hành paro,…

Thành phần:

  • Chả cá: Thịt cá xay (70%), bột mì, cà rốt, hành tây, các thành phần khác: đường, muối, bột tỏi, D-xylose
  • Túi lọc: Cá cơm, nấm khô, tảo bẹ

Bảo quản: Ngăn đông tủ lạnh hoặc ở nhiệt độ dưới -18°C

Đóng gói: 245g (bịch 7 que)

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Sử dụng trong món tokbokki, súp chả cá, lẩu, chiên bằng nồi chiên không dầu

Hướng dẫn nấu nước dùng:

  • Đun sôi khoảng 500ml-800ml nước
  • Khi nước sôi, cho túi lọc vào và giảm lửa vừa
  • Sau khi đun sôi 15 phút, để ráo túi lọc rồi vớt túi lọc ra.
