  Some fans of the first Radian ^® 2.0m electric glider loved flying the model so much that they didn't want to stop flying at dusk and therefore equipped it with lighting themselves.

   The E-flite ^® team understood the need and fitted the model with colorful factory-installed LED lighting throughout the cell. Thus, the resulting first version of the Night Radian offered the necessary visibility and orientation to fly in twilight or even in complete darkness. 

  Now they've improved the popular model again, updating it with a modern, even more visible trim scheme and upgrading it with a telemetry-capable ESC.

   When using a transmitter with Spektrum ^™ AirWare^™ and a smart receiver (like the AR631, which is included with the Bind-N-Fly version), Night Radian 2.0m pilots can now read real-time telemetry data such as engine RPM, current, battery voltage and more at the transmitter. With these capabilities, the Night Radian 2.0m becomes the perfect choice as a first or second glider and brings night flying capability with it!

  As with the legendary E-flite ^® Radian ^® electric gliders of the past, the Night Radian 2.0m combines the quietness and aesthetics of soaring with incredible sport and night flying capabilities. With it, a new chapter in the success story begins, because the Night Radian has been upgraded with a modern color scheme and with a telemetry-capable controller. With a compatible Spektrum ^™ AirWare ^™ equipped transmitter and smart receiver - such as the AR631 that ships with the Bind-N-Fly ^®Basic version is included - get real-time telemetry data such as engine speed, current and battery voltage during the flight. High visibility LED lighting is factory installed throughout the airframe and is powered directly from the 3S 1300-2200mAh propulsion battery. The lights can be programmed to display over 100 different color, sequence and timing combinations using the onboard controller, providing incredible visibility and easy orientation, guaranteeing an incredible flight experience in twilight or at night. The durable, reinforced EPO cell has been kept as light as possible in combination with the efficient brushless motor and folding propeller to allow long flight times of up to 15-30+ minutes in mixed flying modes with and without a motor. With its efficient aerodynamics and gracefully curved polyhedral wing, the model is ideal for classic sightseeing flights or extensive sniffing in thermals with intermittent motorized climbs. The BNF^® Basic version features exclusive AS3X ^® technology for smooth flight performance in windy or turbulent conditions and optional SAFE ^® Select technology makes take-off, flight and landing even easier. This total package makes the E-flite ^® Night Radian 2.0m the perfect next model after a trainer, the ideal first glider model but also a fantastic everyday model for any pilot who wants to fly day or night!

  Exclusive technologies

  This Night Radian 20m is equipped with exclusive Spektrum ^™ AS3X ^® technology and SAFE ^® technology. AS3X works behind the scenes to offset the effects of wind and turbulence, giving you a feeling of stability and precision in flight, as if you were flying a much larger, perfectly tuned aircraft. SAFE Select can be switched on as an option and offers lateral and longitudinal axis restrictions as well as an automatic return to level flight attitude, which can be switched on and off at the push of a button. If you don't want to use SAFE Select, then just bind the receiver normally and only AS3X will remain active.

   

   

  Integrated LED lighting

  Factory-installed LED lighting is installed throughout the model. This offers incredible visibility and easy orientation when flying at night. The multi-color LED strips are connected to an onboard controller that offers 100+ different color, sequence and timing combinations and is conveniently powered by the 3S 1300-2200mAh flight battery. With the on-board switch you can switch them off at any time for daytime flights.

   

   

  Brushless power

  The efficient, factory-installed drive features a telemetry-capable 30A ESC with brake, a powerful brushless outrunner and a two-blade folding prop. In conjunction with a compact 3S 1300mAh to a 3S 2200mAh LiPo battery, incredible climb performance and long flight times are possible.

   

   

  Telemetry enabled

  The Night Radian 2.0m is equipped with an ESC that transmits a wide range of telemetry data such as engine RPM, current, battery voltage and more to compatible Spektrum AirWare ^™ transmitters (including DX6e and 8e, DX6 G2/G3 and 8 G2, DX9, NX6, 8 and 10, iX12, iX20 and others) via compatible Smart Receiver in real time and during flight.

   

   

  Easy installation

  No glue is required to assemble the Night Radian 2.0m and you'll have it ready to fly in less time than it takes to charge the flight battery. The two-part wing with CFRP connector makes transport and storage as well as assembly on the airfield child's play.

  The construction of plastic reinforced and foamed in the mold EPO material allows for a lightweight yet durable airframe that makes maintenance easy and provides the best possible flying experience.
