- Flax seeds are rich in Omega 3 and 6, which help improve circulation and anti-inflammatory effects. 

- Fennel seeds are known to have several health benefits. They may help to regulate blood pressure. They are antibacterial, so are helpful to get rid of bacteria that can cause gassiness in cases of food poisoning or an upset stomach. You can add fennel seeds to your diet to help you get more fiber and get other natural health benefits.
