Description: The ME2-XTR6 kit by ACT is designed for the most demanding drivers, featuring an Xtreme pressure plate. Utilizing an exclusive diaphragm design, ACT Xtreme pressure plates increase clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch life. Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. Precision cover stampings ensure rigidity and consistency in ACT pressure plates. The kit includes ACT's 6-pad rigid race discs, crafted with high-quality ceramic friction materials and a heat-treated chrome-moly hub for strength and durability. The lightweight, rigid design facilitates quicker shifts and smooth, trouble-free service. While engagement with the 6-pad rigid race disc may be harsher, shifting is faster, making it ideal for larger clutch sizes to absorb more heat. Monoloc, included in the kit, provides uniform loading on the bearing and pressure plate, ensuring proper alignment regardless of driver influence or vehicle modifications, thanks to its carefully calculated spring tension and hardened chrome-moly steel construction.
