FROM THE CHEF: If you’ve got a little extra time, marinating the beef strips in your favorite sauce will make your dish extra flavorful and keep your beef super tender. Soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar make for a classic Chinese stir-fry. Because it’s already prepped, it also works great for our Korean Beef Bulgogi Recipe.
