- Full Spectrum: The fish tank light contains 6500 K white light, 450 nm blue light and 660 nm red light. LUX: 4000; PAR: 82; CRI: 90. The vivid lights can reproduce the real colors of objects to relieve the visual fatigue, and thus improve the comfort of the environment.
- 2 Lighting Modes: Short press the M button repeatedly on the fish tank light to switch between daytime and night modes. Hold the M button for 3 seconds to turn all lights off. Simulate natural sunrise and sunset to energize your fish and give them a sound sleep.
- 6 Intensity Levels: Daytime Mode (all lights are on): Press the W button to control the brightness of white and red lights and press the B button to control that of the blue light. Night Mode (only blue light is on): Press the B button to adjust the luminance.
- For 30" to 36" Tanks: With an extendable bracket (min length: up to 29"; max length: up to 44"), the LED aquarium light always stays steady on the fish tank. Work best on tanks of 30 to 36 inches long.

It definitely is fiber
Flavor Name: Original Coarse Sugar, Size: 1.86 Pound (Pack of 1)
It is nice to take a break from the orange flavoring they have with the original one, and the sugar does help it go down easier, but please for your sanity DO NOT DRINK THIS WITH JUST PLAIN WATER. I like to mix it up in flavored water with those sugar free drops that let me control what flavor the water is without suffering from raw dogging the unflavored powder because that will taste like drinking a glass of sand. Next time I'll try out the clear blend without any sugar to see if there's a difference, but this bottle will last a while. Also be gradual with introducing it into your diet and work up to a few teaspoons throughout your day to not overload your body.
All that aside, it works well and my body feels more comfortable with the extra fiber in my life. I highly recommend some form of this because it's really tough to get enough fiber in many diets.

Unflavored but sweetened Metamucil

If the orange flavored Metamucil is too acidic for you but you want a sweetened unflavored variation, this is just right. It is sometimes hard to find and is often sold out at the drug store or grocery store. I was glad to find it on Amazon.
