In addition, the S55 also ships with a traditional 40-oz Vitamix Container and an all new interchangeable blade base that works on both containers. Now you can easily create single and double servings of your favorite recipes and take them to go in the versatile 20-oz container that features a flip-top lid to prevent spills while on the go. The traditional 40-oz container features a spill proof vented lid with a removable plug to allow ingredients to be added while blending. Both containers are 100% BPA-free and the containers, lids, and blade are dishwasher safe to make cleanup a breeze. The all-new interchangeable blade base featured on the S30 makes it easy to switch between the large and small containers and lets you create a variety of recipes.
