Dengue Dengue Dengue! Continue expanding their carefully created aesthetic on Zenit & Nadir by diving into the deep and rich musical history of Afro-Peruvian music, already hinted in the first single "Ágni", which is the inversion of the traditional Afro-Peruvian rhythm, Ingá. The ongoing exploration of the vast and rich musical heritage of the descendants of the former African slaves in Peru has become the main focus of their new album. Their interest in Afro-Peruvian music has led them to meet and record extensively with several members of the Ballumbrosio family, a renowned musical dynasty in Peru that has kept Afro-Peruvian musical traditions alive, masters of rhythms like landó, festejo, and crioullo music, with traditional dances and instruments such as the iconic quijada - a rattling percussive instrument made out of a donkey's jawbone. The introduction of live recordings with the Ballumbrosio brothers has given a whole new dimension to their always-expanding sound, and they feature extensively all throughout the album. The marriage between the traditional and organic percussion of the Ballumbrosios with DDD's hypnotic electronic production has created a whole new chapter for the band Features Kalaf, Sara Van, Mikongo, Prisma, and Martin Boder.

Awesome cases! They really are cool to the touch. I didn’t sleep hot at all. I have a “cut-out” memory foam pillow, and this stretched around it perfectly. It is flexible enough that it doesn’t impede with the cut out. And while the material is “silky,” it doesn’t slide around the pillow while sleeping on it. The zipper feature is perfect. I washed and dried per the tag instructions and they washed very well. Super happy.

AMAZING - LOVE THESE!

I've been using these pillow cases for more than 6 months and LOVE them. They are well made, no wrinkling, fraying or wearing out, even with a weekly washing. I love the zippers on them, my pillows fits perfectly in the case and don't constantly escape from the case overnight. They definitely perform as described: they keep me cool at night and don't smell and actually don't make a mess of my hair. I bought an extra one and put it on a pillow I keep close to my body which helps me from overheating during the night. They are a great value for the price, I wish I could get top sheets in the same style as these and I'd be in heaven!

Cool Pillowcases

These pillow cases are silky soft and cool to the touch. They don’t stay as cool as I would like, however, so I find myself moving around on the pillow to find a cool spot or flipping the pillow over. I have washed them several times and the coolness seems to be diminishing. Still, it’s better than a regular cotton pillow case. The zipper is needed and helps keep the material on the pillow.

Comfortable and stays cool

Great pillow. When i opened it, i noticed a strange smell, i assumed its the smell of whatever they use to make the pillow stay cool. You have to fluff it for a good amount of time to make sure the cooling agent spreads well in the foam. Is what i assumed atleast. Its a perfect amount of softness for me. Pair it with some bamboo pillow cases and you got a good night of sleep
