In the past we have come across many manufactures and shops across the internet selling low grade Piping, that either you can not weld because of the poor quality, have a clear coat on them which makes welding terrible, are easily scratched and dented because they are so soft, or are made from recycled aluminum cans that gives almost a purple hue. These bends are inferior and we feel you should get what you pay for! Our mandrel bends are top quality T6 6061 grade aluminum. Our mandrel aluminum bends are perfect for intake, turbocharger, supercharger and piping. These pipes will not corrode or rust like coated or painted steel pipes and are much lighter than stainless steel pipes. We have increased the wall thickness from our past product and is now from .070" to .083", this makes welding a lot easier! Our aluminum, when welding produces shiny contaminant free beads like a row of dimes, for a show quality welding job! All of our 180 degree mandrel bent pipes have 3" and 6" in of straight length and all come with polished finish.

Best out of all other heat tapes!

It is extremely weird how excited I became when trying this tape out for the first time. I can't speak for all of the blue heat tapes but this one in particular is all sorts of great to use. Thicker, easier to tear, stronger adhesive than the brown and clear heat tapes I've tried. I started with the clear because I was afraid of the other colored tapes leaving marks on my substrates. The clear tape was a good amount of thickness and easy to tear and use but the adhesion was terrible. I would wrap it around the rim of tumblers, fold it down into the inside of the tumbler and it would pop right back up. Forget using it on any fabrics, did not hold sublimation sheets down to totes, shirts, mousepads, at all. The brown tape I used had better adhesion but was thin and stretchy? floppy? Didn't know this was even an annoying thing until I moved on to this blue tape and was just blown away. Still blows me away how it was cheaper than the other two kind but is the thickest and best gripping of them all. So far it does not leave any marks on any of my items. I'm so impressed by this tape that I still NOTICE it everytime it's tearing off perfectly or holding my things together so well.

great for sublimation for shirts, tumblers and also fast delivery

This tape works great for my sublimation tumblers and shirts; there is no glue residue that is left behind. It gives my tumblers a good seal at the top and bottom and down the side where I don't have air gaps in my picture I want to sublimate on the tumbler. It is durable, and it does not smell. It is easy to use and cut. It is a great value for the money and it was delivered the next day.

Great heat tape

This tape is thicker and a bit more rigid which makes it easy to handle. It tears cleanly and doesn't wrinkle or fold over on itself when you're trying to place it. The adhesion is great. It is strong enough to hold sublimation paper and vinyl securely on any item, from tumblers to t-shirts, without any lifting during the press. It comes off cleanly every single time and leaves no residue or color marks behind.
