Freya returns to Wellington to restore her inheritance, 'Portobello', an Art Deco building in Petone, to her former glory. Only to find dubious dealings with various Snakes in Suits, Lawyers, Bankers, the Council and an unscrupulous property developer who will stop at nothing, even murder, to get what he wants - 'Portobello'.

Freya fights back with the help of her childhood friend Zac - who just happens to be drop dead gorgeous, and Simon her cute Bank manager who is also competing for her attention.

Reuniting with her besties Sven and Clara, together they navigate their chaotic lives, a massive earthquake and help each other to find love and to solve the murders that plague them.

Following on from sexy in the city's 'Sharks with Lipstick' to slippery slimy shysters 'Snakes in Suits'. Same time, same city, and some of the same similar characters, it's all happening Downunder in little old New Zealand's capital city, Wellington aka Wellywood.

The three besties Sven, Freya and Flat White are brewing up a storm in their chaotic hectic lives of the 21st century. This time the story centres round Freya, the so called flaky, fey one. Freya's beloved grand-father Wolfe Nilson much to the shock of the family leaves Freya his prized Art Deco gorgeous building 'Portobello'. She is the only one he trusts to bring her back to her former beauty.

Freya has plans but has to fight against the local property developer, banks, council you name it if she wants to make her and grand-father Wolfe's dreams come true. With a lot of determination, not to mention melt downs will she with the help of her childhood friend, Zac who just happens to be drop dead gorgeous and an Engineer, be able to pull it off?

As in the first book of the Trinity Trilogy Series, there is a murder and an earthquake to deal with as well as the underhand bureaucrats: Snakes in Suits.

If you want a good laugh plus a murder mystery to solve, then this is the read for you, whether it be on your commute into work, or a summer read...

A little disappointed in this purchase. I pretty sure I was shipped a return item. There’s nicks and scratches on some of the parts. Rarely I right a review. But I expected new! Not used or a returned item!

Perfect for Me
Color: Gold, Size: 15"D x 33.9"W x 35.4"H
Beautiful serving cart! I love mine. I currently use it to display my collection of crystal stemware and glass dishes. It will also be useful in the future for serving food and beverages to my guests. I chose to not use the stemware and wine bottle racks. It’s completely optional. I like the more streamlined and uncluttered appearance for displaying whatever I wish. The color is probably best described as “matte antique gold” and matches many of my antique gold photo frames and brass figurines. My kit arrived with 4 identical rolling wheels rather than 2 regular and 2 locking wheels, which was perfect for me, because I didn’t want the locking wheels anyhow. It was like the kit had already been customized to my preferences. The only “glitch” was that there was a crimp in one of the pieces where it shouldn’t have been, which prevented 2 pieces from sliding together easily. After struggling with it for a bit without success, I got out my flathead screwdriver and a hammer and very gently flattened the crimp out so that the pieces would fit together. The result of my perseverance is amazing! I am super-happy with my purchase.

Stylish and Functional Bar Cart, Perfect for any Space!
Color: Black, Size: 33.9"W
I recently added the VASAGLE Bar Cart in black to my home, and it has quickly become a standout piece in my kitchen and dining area! The sleek black frame combined with the mirrored shelves gives it a modern, elegant look that complements any decor. Assembly was straightforward, with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. Once put together, the cart feels sturdy and well-constructed, perfect for daily use or special occasions. The design is incredibly functional. The wine holders securely store my favorite bottles, while the glass holders keep my stemware organized and within easy reach. The mirrored shelves not only add a touch of luxury but are also spacious enough to hold everything from bar tools to serving platters. Its mobility is a game-changer! The wheels roll smoothly, making it effortless to move from the kitchen to the dining room or even the patio for entertaining guests. The locking mechanism ensures stability when you need it. Overall, this bar cart has exceeded my expectations in both style and functionality. Whether you're hosting a party or just want a convenient spot to organize your wine and cocktail essentials, this cart is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Assembly instruction so poor it made it fun
Color: Black, Size: 33.9"W
The finished cart looks great but, man, I gotta give it up to whoever put those assembly instructions together. You, sir or ma’am, are a GD LEGEND. Following your nonsensical, contradictory and deceptive instructions became a magical journey that started in frustration and ended in maniacal, elated tears of joy. It was as if you crafted a special love letter just for me with hilarious inside jokes along the way that we shared across time and space. You, in your cubicle, dumping out misleading and false information and me, staring indignantly at the page wondering what type of unhinged person could possibly get so much wrong. Like when you illustrated and labeled two distinct and separate parts (and even gave instructions as to how to assemble them into one) when one, solid piece was clearly all that was present in the box. And how you labeled it with a clear letter C despite the glaring and bold G adorning the piece, in fact, mislabeled every single piece in the set. When you told me to expect three distinct screw sizes even though you knew I would only find two. How the wrench was slyly hidden away from the hardware box and instead wedged among the casters. I think my favorite part was noting how washers were included but left to my assumptions as to where to include them (this direction coyly absent from the manual entirely), only to realize at the end I would need to disassemble the very first step to find their intended home, relying purely on intuition to guide me. Thank you for the journey. I am a better human being as a result. I can only envy those lucky people in the future who will go though the same process of growth as I will never be able to have the experience again.
