Bath-to-Bed with live support

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“I didn’t realize how much I needed someone to walk me through that first bath. After our session, the whole evening felt different.” Sri

Everything in the Complete System — plus a live Bath Session with Sue-Rose. You'll walk through all 9 steps together, ask every question you're holding, and leave knowing exactly what to do at 7pm tonight. And every night after that.

Built for the parent who needs more than a guide — they need a founder who's been there. If you're recovering from a C-section and approaching the first baths with uncertainty, the Guided System was designed for exactly this moment. Sue-Rose built the method after her own C-section. She'll walk you through it.

The 9 steps are learnable in one session. The 28 nights begin the same night.

What you receive

The complete Bath-to-Bed System
Hands-Free Goodnight Towel, Swaddle, Washcloth + Wipe, BARE. Lotion, and the full Bath-to-Sleep Method : Steps 3 to 8

+ A 30-minute 1:1 session with Sue-Rose

What we focus on together

  • how to set up your space before the bath
  • how to handle the transition out of the bath
  • how to reduce handling stress on your body
  • how to create a predictable, repeatable ending
  • how to adapt the method to your baby

Why This Matters in the First Weeks

The early evenings are fragile.

You’re healing.
Your baby is adapting.
Everything is new.

The body learns through repetition.

When the first baths are done the same way — warm, contained, and predictable —
sleep readiness begins to form before sleep is ever expected.

This is prevention, not repair.

Who this is for

  • c-section recovery
  • sensitive or easily overstimulated babies
  • first-time parents
  • neurodivergent moms who want clear structure
  • families who don’t want to figure it out at 8pm

What Changes When You’re Supported

Most families try sleep advice and wonder why it doesn't stick. The answer is almost always the same: there's no reliable cue before the advice gets a chance to work. The system creates the cue. 28 nights of the same warm bath, same wrap, same lotion applied with the same calm strokes — and the body starts arriving at sleep before you even ask it to.

You don’t need to figure this out at 8pm.
You can start it properly from day one.

Not great bowls
The bowls are not easy to separate and tip easy. Would not buy again.

so elegant but best for softer foods
Color: Gold, Color: Gold
I am impressed with this gold silverware. I was surprised because they are very light, but they are also elegant. The handles are a little longer than the usual plasticware, so holding them, using them to eat, made me feel like the meal was elevated. These would be perfect at a garden party, a brunch, a fancy picnic. I love that there are equal numbers of knives, forks, and spoons, and they would look beautiful at place settings, or just tossed into glasses for people to grab what they need. My one misgiving about recommending these for any occasion is the knife. It’s just not sharp, and like the other pieces, it is lightweight. It’s great for spreading butter onto a roll and could cut through soft foods like pasta or cake. But any attempt to cut through a piece of meat or a starchy vegetable that’s just lightly cooked will result in the knife snapping in half. But if you’re serving relatively soft foods (brunch would be perfect!), then this is an elegant, easy solution to feed a lot of people while keeping cleanup to a minimum.
