- 24" polished steel griddle (½" thick) on the left side — perfect for breakfast items, burgers or searing proteins (≈ 48,000 BTU).
- Total output: 246,000 BTU/hr keeps up with the busiest rush.
- Two stainless storage cabinets under the cooktop keep pans, sheet trays and utensils close at hand. Optional doors open from the center at no up-charge.
- 4" deep front rail doubles as a plating/work shelf and houses the front-located manual gas shut-off valve.

This fits the correct remote perfectly. I liked it gives it a little bit of weight and it seems durable. I gave it four stars just because it doesn’t glow and I picked the one that was supposed to glow. Just an FYI they don’t glow, but they are good covers.
