30seven® battery-heated insoles provide instant warmth for your feet, even on the coldest days. They are suitable for all types of footwear. These flexible and thin insoles can be adjusted to fit the width and length of your shoe or boot by trimming them along the indicated lines without damaging the heating system.

How it works:
1. Trim the insole to fit your shoe.
2. Place the insole inside your shoe.
3. Wrap the adjustable strap around your lower leg and adjust it to the optimal height.
4. Insert your foot into the shoe.
5. Connect the insole to the battery.
6. Secure the battery to the strap, and tuck any excess cable into the pocket.
7. Enjoy the warmth!
