I’m assuming it’s clogged with glitter and I’ve tried everything unclog it but for $30, I shouldn’t need to decant or switch this into another bottle. I will end up doing that, so I can hopefully use it, but my complaint remains. It is also not eligible for returns or replacements. Cute but useless packaging.
