The thumb throttle provides convenient control, allowing you to cruise at 4mph (6km/h) or accelerate up to the maximum speed with pedalling.
Equipped with a reliable lithium battery, you have the choice between a standard slimline 360Wh or a long-range 540Wh option. The 360Wh battery offers a maximum range of 50 miles (80km), while the 540Wh battery extends the range to an impressive 70 miles (110km). With the Wisper Backlit LCD display and remote controls, you can easily monitor and adjust your ride settings for optimal performance.
Weighing only 19kg with the 360Wh battery or 20kg with the 540Wh battery, the Wisper Tailwind City Crossbar Electric Bike is designed for agility and manoeuvrability. Full Throttle optional add on (+£299) - UK LEGAL (Please note it will take between 6-8 weeks from your order date to have your bike tested by the DVSA and then delivered to you. Using your Wisper bike on throttle only will reduce your range by up to 30% and the TTP will not help increase range whilst you are using the throttle only. If your bike has been upgraded so it works on the throttle only, we still suggest pedalling when you are able to do so. Use the throttle only function when you need to rest or to help you pull away when setting off.
The use of a full throttle on an electric bicycle is legal in the UK on the condition that the bicycle has been tested, and approved by specific DVSA centres. The correct approval certification must have been issued by the DVSA. The approval certificate must show the bike’s make, model and frame number.
Without the correct certification electric bicycles with a throttle may not legally be used anywhere in the UK where the public has access. This includes private land where a footpath runs across or adjacent to the land.
