Guided by Chef Scott Stefanelli, whose Italian roots deeply inform his approach, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch while exploring several classic shapes and techniques. Just like drawing or painting, pasta making invites you to slow down, work with your hands, and embrace the beauty of the process.

This experience is designed to feel relaxed and communal, honoring the idea that creativity doesn’t only live on paper or canvas, but also at the table.
