The harness is adjustable around the chest, with a little space around the neckline to enable free movement. The plastic side buckle on the chest strap clicks shut quickly and securely. It also includes adjustable tri-glides on the girth straps for swift adjustments and a custom fit for various girth sizes. The solid, vibrant colors ensure visibility at all times. Horrible Quality

Yikes... I wish I had scrolled down to the reviews before buying! While adorable, this has to be one of the most poorly-constructed toys I've ever purchased. My puppy, who is not an aggressive chewer by any stretch of the imagination, had this thing full of holes within 10 minutes and completely destroyed in 20. Very disappointing. I'm glad I got pics right away. Save your $$$!!!
