The Rat (CACNA1C) Voltage-dependent L-type Calcium Channel Subunit Alpha-1C ELISA Kit measures Voltage-dependent L-type calcium Channel subunit alpha-1C in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat Cacna1c antibody. Cacna1c present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat Cacna1c Antibody is added and binds to Cacna1c in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated Cacna1c antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat Cacna1c. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

I bought the BLACK/GOLD shelves because the ones in the photo seemed to match the drawer pull knobs I bought (shown in photo below). The product arrived neatly packed in a 17x6x4in. box. I can only assume the shelves themselves are great, but I only made it as far as inspecting the metal brackets sitting at the top, they feel heavy duty, which is great, but the product's photo posted in Amazon shows a nice gold finish, and these brackets have a dark mustard paint finish (with a couple blueish speckles sprinkled into it), there's nothing gold/metallic about it. The paint color reminded me of long-gone diaper-changing days. These are getting returned asap.
