Cette aiguille est constituée de son canal de dépose en acier inoxydable avec un cône d'entrée en polypropylène à double hélice. Cette gamme d’aiguilles de distribution de qualité supérieure est dotée d'un canal de dépose électro-poli qui permet d'éviter les bavures et assure un flux de matière non obstrué et constant. Ces aiguilles hautes performances conviennent à la distribution de la plupart des fluides, adhésifs et liquides à base de solvants. Ils sont certifiés sans silicone, sans chlorure et sont de qualité industrielle, pour une utilisation jusque 100 psi.

Le cône d'entrée présente une conception interne conique et offre une liaison parfaite avec le tube du canal de dépose pour ainsi améliorer le débit du fluide et réduire toute friction. Cela permet d'utiliser une pression plus faible pour la distribution de liquides et de pâtes. 

Utilisez ces aiguilles pour déposer des liquides et des pâtes avec une distribution contrôlée de haute précision. Les aiguilles respectent des codes de couleur par taille de diamètre d'aiguille. Matériau: polypropylène / acier inoxydable.

Zulay Kitchen Powerful Milk Frother Wand We ordered two Zulay frother wands and after just several months of continuous usage one of the units stopped working and the other one was sporadically working, where sometimes it would run “full power” and at other times it was barely spinning or turning the beverage. I called Zulay and gave them my Amazon order number. After the Customer Service rep walked me through some minor things to check on the units she was also convinced that the units were probably defective. She had a replacement sent from Zulay along with a mini as a bonus for our troubles! And she had Amazon ship the other replacement unit. Both shipments arrived promptly within days and we have been using them for months now without any major issues. We use the units (the two “standard” wands) almost every day and they get used two to three times a day. They only take ten to twenty seconds to mix up cocoa powder, hot or cold. And the same goes for different protein powder shakes. What I especially like about these units is that there have been many times when I have had to use them off-hours, like between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. They are Whisper quiet so nobody gets disturbed. One generally can’t do this level of quiet stirring/mixing with a kitchen hand blender/mixer or shake blenders. These Zulay mixing units have really come in “handy” for us. We are very Grateful to Amazon for their prompt delivery, and especially to the Customer Service representative at Zulay for her help, and to Zulay for standing behind their products and providing us with terrific and prompt Customer Service!
