So we used the exact same premium beans as the original to create a blend just as full of flavor, body, and aroma, but without any caffeine. Poor quality control… Received a used pair

The shoes that were delivered showed signs of wear. Not sure if this was a used pair or a display pair but this should have been caught from the beginning. I would normally return them, but will be out of the country for the next month and don’t have the time. Unacceptable quality control from the official cole haan store front.
