Augustus is a little boy who lives in the mountains with his family. Upon hearing the news that he now needs to enter this new unknown world called "School" he is frightened of the unknown... Especially as he knows he is not the only one who has super natural abilities.
Augustus faces the challenge of making friends and fitting in a new environment. In a world where some have supernatural abilities, Augustus and his sister are sent to develop their skills at the "School Of Excellence", a school specifically created for supernaturally gifted children, helping them control their abilities and learn how to help themselves along with others within society that do not have supernatural abilities.
