- Aluminized cabinet base on the right—perfect for sheet pans, stock pots or smallwares; optional doors available.
- Dual removable crumb drawers keep the work top clean while cooking.
- 22.5″ flue riser with single shelf adds convenient plating or utensil storage above the range.
- Stainless steel front, sides, shelf and 4″ front rail stand up to daily commercial abuse and wipe down fast at closing time.
