It is designed specifically for single operator shooters, corporate videographers, and documentary crews using compact digital cinema packages or rigged mirrorless configurations weighing up to 4. 0 kg (8. 8 lbs). This setup serves as Libec’s flagship ultra-lightweight, high-stability ground platform. It is designed specifically for single-operator shooters, corporate videographers, and documentary crews using compact digital cinema packages or rigged mirrorless configurations weighing up to 4.0 kg (8.8 lbs). By swapping the mid-level spreader for a ground spreader, this system drops its center of gravity and allows you to capture extremely low-angle shots.

System Component Breakdown & Key Design Features

1. The Control Center: Libec NH10 Fluid Head

  • Dual-Base Interface: The NH10 features a hybrid base layout combining a 75mm half-ball and a flat base with a 3/8"-16 threaded mounting socket. You can instantly loosen the bottom tie-down knob and move the head directly from the carbon legs onto a slider carriage, crane arm, or tabletop platform without needing separate adapters.

  • Continuous Micro-Counterbalance: Rather than forcing you into fixed steps, the head uses a continuous internal spring counterbalance dial. This allows you to perfectly balance the exact weight of rigs anywhere from 0 to 4.0 kg (0 to 8.8 lbs), ensuring the camera remains completely still at any tilt angle.

  • All-Weather Fluid Drag: The pan and tilt mechanics feature high-grade silicone grease dampening, ensuring uniform drag without stickiness or backlash. It maintains steady performance even in extreme environmental conditions, from negative 40 degrees Celsius to positive 60 degrees Celsius (negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit to positive 140 degrees Fahrenheit).

2. Low-Profile Stability: Carbon Legs & SP-1B Ground Spreader

  • Torsional Rigidity: The leg tubes utilize multi-layered carbon fiber weaves. This provides maximum resistance to rotational twisting, preventing the distracting "wind-up snapback" that can occur at the end of quick panning movements when shooting with telephoto lenses.

  • Immovable Floor Footprint: By selecting the SP-1B Ground Spreader, you anchor the legs at the absolute lowest point of the chassis. This forms a low center-of-gravity triangle that completely eliminates leg splay under load. The spreader arms feature independent telescopic extension tracks, allowing you to widen the footprint to drop the tripod down to just 53.0 cm (21.0 inches) off the ground.

3. Balancing & Travel Accessories

  • Long Sliding Plate: To balance asymmetrical camera rigs—such as cameras utilizing front-heavy lenses or large batteries on the rear rail—the system comes standard with an elongated sliding camera plate offering plus or minus 40mm (plus or minus 1.57 inches) of travel.

  • RC-20 Padded Transport Case: A rugged, zippered travel bag fitted with internal structural straps to protect your carbon fiber system during transit.

Operational Pro-Tips for the NX-100C:

💡 The Side-Load Quick Plate Mechanics: The NH10 utilizes Libec's intuitive side-load camera plate mechanism. Instead of having to slide a heavy camera assembly from the rear, you can tilt the camera package straight down into the left side of the platform groove until it clicks. This engages a safety lock, allowing you to slide the rig forward or backward to balance before clamping it down tightly.

  • Flat Surface Operating Boundary: The SP-1B ground spreader is designed for flat, stable surfaces like studio floors, gymnasiums, asphalt, or concrete pads. If you are deploying the tripod on rugged exterior terrain, hillsides, or stairs, the ground spreader arms can twist off-axis. For those environments, consider swapping it for a mid-level spreader (BR-2B) and large rubber feet (FP-1B).

  • Direct Accessory Rigging: Avoid hanging heavy external monitors, wireless receivers, or audio recorders off your camera cage, as this throws off your carefully tuned fluid head balance. Instead, utilize the native 1/4"-20 threaded accessory port integrated directly into the left side of the NH10 head casting. This allows you to mount an articulating arm to hold your accessories directly on the head structure itself.

Parent trap vibes
Format: Kindle
3 .75⭐️ round up to 4, and 3.5🌶 Ok, so the premise of this book drew me in. Who doesn't love a little twin swapping a la the parent trap? Add in a side of celebrity vs small town cowgirl and you've got the basic concepts here. The twins Zoey and Amelia couldn't be more opposites. That alone should have been easily discernible. The fact none of Zoey's costars figured it out is crazy, but that just added to the hijinks of the swap. Lindsay, the poor PA who has to corral the TV stars at the tv con, really didn't understand her sudden attraction to the slightly different Zoey. The slow burn between Amelia and Lindsay will draw you in. The fallout from the twin swap let's you see what could have happened if Amelia and Lindsay didn't meet under the false pretense. The escape back to the farm and plot to save the animal rescue let's the slow moving story unfold. One of the small detractions for me was the inability to communicate feelings between the FMCs. they do end up speaking their truth/ feelings but it seemed to drag out a bit too long. All in all, I enjoyed this story, it easy could be another hallmark holiday movie. If you're looking for that cute animal loving back story this has it in spades. I mean I would help the Mizzou Moos in a New York second.

Slow-Paced Sapphic Romance
Format: Kindle
Amelia runs a rescue farm for mini-animals - cows, donkeys, Highland cows, and goats. She and the farm are struggling, but agrees to stand-in for her actress twin sister, Zoey, at a conference in Las Vegas because Zoes agrees to pay her what she would be paid and assures her nothing can go wrong since she would be in Vegas the next morning. But of course things do go wrong, very wrong. Kris Bryant’s latest book moves along at a leisurely pace, but has all the elements her readers expect from her books - well-developed main characters and secondary characters, including the animals on the rescue farm. The storyline is pretty much like all sapphic romances - girl gets girl, girl loses girl, girl gets girl back, and they live happily ever after. However, Bryant has added a few unexpected twists, including a nasty bad guy, that keep the book interesting and doesn’t bog the book down in angst and/boredom. If you are a fan of Kris Bryant, you will undoubtedly enjoy this book. If this is your book by this author, you will probably want to pick up a few of her earlier books to explore the talents of a gifted author. My thanks to Bold Stroke Books for an e-ARC.

Good Read
Format: Kindle
I received an ARC copy of this book from the Publisher via Netgalley and voluntarily leaving my review. Amelia needs the money for Mizzou Moos, a mini highland cow rescue that she owns so she agrees to step in for her twin sister Zoey who can be at two places at once they did before what could go wrong. Amelia meets Lindsay who is a PA what shocking to Lindsay is her sudden attraction to Zoey when she learn the truth it’s becomes a slow burn between Amelia and Lindsay. I find it very funny with Zoey costars who couldn’t tell the difference when they spend a lot of time together because they both are different and it’s shows. Cute read some angst and can’t go wrong with animals in the story.

Loved
Format: Kindle
This story had me hooked from just the first few chapters. I literally could not put it down, I love a good forbidden love story and this was just *chefs kiss*. I could feel the chemistry between Ana and Rachel from the moment they met. Their conversations are so well written, I loved the banter between them both. The drama throughout the book had me saying "just one more chapter before I take a break". I appreciated that you can tell that the author was knowledgeable about both of the main characters profession and religion and that the book took a focus on recognizing the characters differences and showing Ana take the time to learn about Rachel's religion. That was such a great touch that I loved. The only reason that I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 is that the resolution of the drama and story seemed a bit anticlimactic. There was all this tension from secrets kept that once they came out both characters seemed to move on and get their happily ever after. Overall, I loved this book and its characters. I definitely will be picking up any book that this author puts out!
