When we're talking about solid 3-way front stages, this set always comes to mind - easy to fit, solid performer at a very reasonable price point. High-end, but not excessive, the value of these speakers is in their rich sound which exceeds their budget price point by quite a lot.

The QK6 midbass comes with soft suspension for nice transient response, cast aluminum construction for resonance-free performance, a huge ferrite magnet for a strong punch and parameters aimed at door or kicks mounting. Dual type (screw + spade) terminals, the leads are sewn in the spiders, all properly solid for amazingly tight and rich sound.

The QK3 mids can dig deep for their size with 130Hz Fs, but at the same time can go quite high to about 15kHz, ensuring a smooth transition with the tweeters with an even crossover curve. Like with the midbass, here we have cast aluminum construction, but with a neodymium magnet and a tapered design for very easy installation in tight spaces, making pillar installs compact and unobtrusive. The included anodized aluminum mounting rings with contoured grilles finish off a high-end midrange speaker set, which feels at home in any high-end car audio front stage.

The QK1 silk dome tweeters continue the solid build of the QK series - housings from die cast then machined aluminum, hardmounted spade terminals on the back allowing for direct soldering of leads or just using spades - no integrated wires to worry about damaging here. Integrated grilles and a precisely machined front lip finish them off. Black anodized of course, to compliment the rest of the series' subtle styling. These tweeters can play very low at 750Hz Fs, allowing them to blend with the midranges smoothly - no dips and rolloff in the crossover region. This is complimented by the QK3 midrange high frequency playing ability, so blending between them is very easy - the crossover point can be chosen freely according to the specific application and car acoustics, not limited in any way by the speakers themselves. This is definitely quite the treat!
