Built for busy hot-food service, this full-height pass-thru holding cabinet combines adjustable pan capacity, controlled heat, and mobile stainless steel construction.
- Full-height, mobile pass-thru heated holding cabinet for loading and serving from either side.
- Combination door setup includes one tempered double-pane glass door and one solid door.
- Thermostat adjusts from 70°F to 200°F with a top-mounted control panel and analog thermometer.
- Universal adjustable wire slides accept 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans.
- 304 stainless steel, insulated construction stands up to daily commercial use.
- 5" casters make it easy to move; two casters include brakes for stability.
- Floor duct and water pan can add humidity when needed.
