EZ3D is also our introduction to Bend-Tech's simulation.
Simulation offers a quick way to verify a part can be made and also gives the fabricating beginners an opportunity to see how the part is processed through the tooling prior to any tube being cut or bent. The simulation also forced an additional setup sheet which shows cartoon strip style transitions of the tube being bent.
If your just starting out and have a couple of projects in mind, EZ3D will be a great stepping stone to get you started.
In the graphic below you can watch the part being created as the values are entered in. Notice how when values are entered into 2 or 3 directions at one time this is defining angles other than 90 ° and will also define rotations.
