Fixed Jonny Pod Trolling Motor & Battery Recommendation

The Fixed Jonny Pod Trolling Motor features a 36lb thrust electric motor with variable speed control powered by a 12V battery* with forward and reverse propulsion. Installation is required.

*Battery not included. For optimal performance, we recommend using a 12V lithium battery with a capacity of 40Ah to 50Ah. If you plan to stow your battery inside the pod, please note the internal dimensions: 9" (L) x 7" (H) x 4" (W). Make sure your chosen battery fits within these dimensions, or run it outside of the pod. A variety of compatible battery options can be found online (e.g., Amazon) or through your local kayak or marine dealer.

Beaver Tail Rudder Kit

The Beaver Tail Rudder kit is the perfect companion to the Fixed Jonny Pod Trolling Motor for hands free steering. The oversized rudder blade’s action is controlled by a set of foot controls (included with the kit) so that you can focus on fishing! Installation is required.
