Self-Contained Ventless System
Integrated recirculating ventilation unit allows for cooking without an overhead exhaust hood, suitable for front-of-house applications.
4-Stage Filtration System
Completely self-contained filtration process reduces grease emissions and smoke below NFPA 96 and ANSI UL710B standards, utilizing EPA 202 test method. Includes a washable stainless steel grease baffle filter, mesh particulate filter, electrostatic precipitator (ESP), and replaceable activated charcoal filter.
Integrated Fire Protection
Factory-installed Buckeye® Kitchen Mister system includes BFR-5 tank, nitrogen cartridges, SRM control head, piping, flex cable, fusible link, cross-pattern nozzles, and a manual pull station, meeting NFPA 96 Chapter 13 and UL300 standards.
Intelligent Heating Cooktop
Features a 48" x 24" (1219mm x 610mm) flat rectangular steel cook surface with Evo® patented intelligent heating technology, providing a 36" x 17" heated cooking area.
