Kettle Highlights
- Seamless deep-drawn 304 stainless steel liner with integrally formed radius lip
- 2/3 jacket coverage for faster heat-up and even cooking
- Full-body insulation (Insulated for Safety™) reduces heat loss & keeps exterior cool to the touch
- 2″ 304 SS compression draw-off valve with matching draw-off tube and welds
- Actuator-assisted, one-piece domed cover with bullet feet for smooth positioning
- Electronic ignition (120 V, 1 A) – no standing pilot required
Integrated MV Twin-Shaft Mixer
- Enclosed aluminum mixer bridge with totally-enclosed gear motor (2 HP high / ¾ HP low)
- Two operating speeds:
• Low – 23 RPM main / 60 RPM secondary
• High – 46 RPM main / 120 RPM secondary - 304 SS anchor agitator contoured to kettle wall; removable nylon blades continuously scrape surface
- Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater for thorough, lump-free mixing
- Bayonet-mount tool system for quick removal and easy cleaning
- Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim lock and safety interlock (prevents high-speed starts when raised)

- Thermostat adjustable from 150 °F to 260 °F
- Pressure relief valve, air eliminator & pressure gauge
- Jacket-water fill port with sight glass
- Automatic low-water cutoff with indicator light
