ATGBICS Edimax® compatible MG-1000PD1-V2 SFP 1000Base-BX form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 10km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1550/1310nm via an LC Simplex connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Bought this for my husband. It is a bit weighty, which makes it feel substantial.
The covering material feels like velvety suede. We got the brown one. It looks like we spent good money for it but the price was really reasonable.
He just needed something in between small and large and this was perfect for storing his glasses, watch, billfold, etc.
