Four separate talk buttons route the microphone input to either of the 4 network outputs. The button operation can be configured as momentary, latching or intelligent. A double tap on any of the talk buttons will produce a 'call' signal alert that will be received by another Beatrice unit. An LED indicates an incoming call alert, which will also produce an audio indication on the headphones.
Each input has a separate level control adjust and a signal present indicator.
The Beatrice B4+ has remote control functions via GlenController. Monitoring, setup and control are all available via remote control.
Ultra Compact Box
The B4+ has been designed to be as small and compact as possible. A rugged aluminium case with tough pillar supports means that although it is very small, it is also very strong, to cope with the life of a portable unit.
High Specification Microphone Amplifier (with connector option)
The microphone input is on a 3 pin XLR with gain adjust and selectable 48v phantom power. The XLR connection can also be specified as a 4 pin or 5 pin headset connection if required. A separate 6.35mm headphone output is always available.
Listen To Four Separate Network Locations
As the Beatrice B4+ is an Audinate Broadway design, it is possible to talk to four separate locations on the network. It also means that you could operate over 100 Beatrice B4+ devices on the same network.
Four Direct Talkback Buttons
Four separate talk buttons route the microphone input to either of the 4 network outputs. The button operation can be configured as momentary (PTT), latching or the Glensound intelligent mode.
Built In Call Function
A double tap of any talk button will produce a ‘call’ signal alert that will be received by another Beatrice unit. This can be disabled. An LED indicates an incoming call alert, which will also produce an audio indication on the headphones.
Separate Level Adjust For The Four Inputs
Each input has a separate control to adjust the headphone level, so each of the four inputs can be quickly set at a different level. The pots are sprung recessed so when not in use they can be pushed into the unit to further reduce the unit dimensions and reduce the chance of any unwanted knocks. Each input can be panned left/right. There is a signal present LED on each input to identify the incoming audio source.
Remote Control
The Beatrice B4+ can be controlled across the network using Glensound’’s Windows 10 remote app GlenController. The unit can be monitored with a real time PPM meter, have settings changed, and remotely control the button operation and input gain control. Channel labels can be taken from the Dante network or set separately.

Budget Peptides That Make My Skin Look Way More Awake Than I Feel

There’s a very specific moment that hits sometime in your 30s and 40s where you lean into the mirror and think…

Then I found this Good Molecules Super Peptide Serum for around $12 and thought… suspicious. But also, add to cart.
First thing I love about this brand in general: they’re weirdly transparent. They actually list ingredient percentages. That shouldn’t feel revolutionary, but in skincare it kind of is. It makes me feel like they’re not just sprinkling fairy dust and calling it “peptide complex.”
The texture is super lightweight and water-based. Basically disappears into your skin in seconds. No stickiness, no heaviness, no weird film.
It layers beautifully too. I pat it on, wait like 20–30 seconds, then go in with moisturizer and sunscreen without anything pilling up. Zero drama.
After a couple weeks, I started noticing my skin just looked… healthier.
Not tighter like I got work done. Just smoother and a little plumper. That soft, hydrated look where fine lines aren’t screaming at you as much.
Especially around my smile lines and forehead. They’re still there because, you know, I’m a human who laughs and exists. But they look softer and less pronounced.

I think I'll grab another bottle of this.

Works fine I believe this gives my argireline & matrixyl 3000 along with copper peptides a really good boost actually, I wasn't that impressed at first but now I've been using it a while I can tell it's been helping .
It's NOT greasy at all and absorbes really fast and well.
I've noticed some of my wrinkles have deminished and some have softened a great bit.
It's semi thick but not where it's sticky or tacky. Just enough that it doesn't feel or look like water. Which is great consistency.
I've noticed my darker spots and skin has brightened up a good bit where I had more skin issues from the sun has lightened up but this also could be a number of products that I am using. But I do believe this one has been helping a good bit with my others. I'd get this again

Love Good Molecules

I’m learning a lot about peptides for skin and this product was recommended by so many people, in so many different places, that I gave it a try. And I don’t regret it.
The price is phenomenal, I love the ingredients, I have sensitive skin with mild rosacea on my cheeks, and it does not aggravate my skin whatsoever.
It goes on so smooth and dried so fast. There is absolutely no “film” it does not feel heavy or weird on my face either. Almost feels like water TBH.
I’ve been using it twice a day for over a week now and I definitely can feel and see a difference! I thought maybe I was just fooling myself or imagining things but definitely not.
My friend told me that my cheek look “less inflamed” and that the lines on my forehead are looking a little “less severe” (not that they were so bad to begin with lol but it definitely speaks volumes about the product)
I don’t smell anything so I don’t think there is a fragrance
As far as brightening my skin, I can’t honestly tell a difference in that aspect.
But overall, it has done something noticeable with my skin redness and sensitivity, it has helped with minor plumping of smaller lines, it adds a nice “bounce” to my skin, nothing major or crazy, but noticeable enough to the naked eye.
And this is using it twice a day for over seven days now – in conjunction with a few other products I use,
but I am noticing that I am using less product products now.
Now I am just down to my eye cream and my cicapair serum for redness/sensitivity & my fave good molecules Yerba Mate eye gel (I used it on my forehead lines too!)
And I like the size of the bottle. Especially for the price. It feels very nice and soothing on the skin. I have to be careful that I don’t use too much lol
I cannot wait to check out other items from this brand
The two items I use are so good, affordable, and impressive. Plus multi use.
This one, I put it on my lips as well. The Yerba is great for my forehead lines and I put it on my neck/under chin area too.

Great to add to your routine without spending big money.

I’ve been using this in my skincare routine for about a month and I love it. It has helped my skin texture and elasticity. It’s also an amazing price. The Good Molecules line is a hidden gem that doesn’t require you to spend an outrageous amount for a serum. Make sure to let it absorb in before you apply the rest of your products, as it takes a minute to dry down. It seems very effective, has brightened my skin, and can be used every night. I’ve had it for about a month and still have half the bottle, so it’s a decent size. My skin was so dry before I started my new routine and I think this serum has helped. The consistency is like a little thicker and will feel a bit tacky after use. I use it after cleansing and before I use my snail mucin serum. Will buy again when I run out.
