Equivalent Levocarnitine 1.5g
Choline bitartrate 1g

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 3mg
Chromic chloride hexahydrate equivalent to Chromium 200 micrograms
Potassium iodide equivalent to Iodine 135 micrograms
Camellia sinensis (Green tea) leaf dry extract 200mg

Directions:
Take 1-2 serves daily, ideally prior to training, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Serve size = 9g (1 level scoop)
Adults: Add 1 serve to 250mL of cold water, stir until mixed and consume
Contraindications and cautions:
