This 60-inch Mighty Top sandwich unit combines efficient food prep with reliable refrigeration, featuring front breathing for flexible installation and a large pan capacity for high-volume operations.
- Durable stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior construction for commercial use.
- Features a performance-rated R-290 hydrocarbon refrigeration system maintaining 33° - 41°F.
- Equipped with (24) 1/6 size, 4-inch deep pans and an 8-inch deep cutting board for ample prep space.
- Designed with four roll-out drawers, each accommodating one 12" x 20" x 6" pan (supplied by others).
- Front breathing system allows for flush installation against walls or built into counters.
- Includes automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and 3 3/4" casters for mobility.
