Built for the high-output demands of commissaries, central kitchens and correctional facilities, the Legion LTWC-100 kettle with factory-installed MV series twin-shaft mixer delivers rapid, even heating and dependable hands-free agitation for batches up to 379 L. 100 % 304 stainless steel construction, rear-fed utilities and a powerful two-speed agitator system provide the rugged reliability you need shift after shift.

• 2/3 jacket design surrounds sidewalls and bottom for uniform heat transfer.

Integrated MV twin-shaft mixer

• Balanced aluminum bridge with safety interlock—mixing stops whenever the bridge is raised.
• Totally enclosed gear motor, two-speed operation:
  • Low: 1 HP • 23 RPM main agitator / 60 RPM secondary beater
  • High: 2 HP • 46 RPM main agitator / 120 RPM secondary beater
• Anchor-style 304 SS main agitator hugs kettle contour for complete batch movement.
• Counter-rotating 304 SS secondary beater accelerates blending and heat exchange.
• Removable nylon scraper blades continuously wipe the kettle wall—no scorching, easier clean-up.
• Bayonet-mount agitator & beater detach in seconds when the kettle is used without mixing.
• Actuator-assisted lift for bridge, agitator and scrapers simplifies change-over and sanitation.
• Positive rim lock & latch prevent bridge bounce during heavy or high-speed loads.
