They are special quality, ruggedized version of EC900, also can be used in many 6HA5 applications. They have genuine Philips codes etched on each tube, all of them are the same date.
We have few 100 pcs service packagings of these tubes, and all pairs I have are carefully tested and matched by plate current on my Metrix U61-B tester. Due to big number of tested tubes, they are matched within 2% or less!!! They are tested with 150V on plate and -1.5V on G1.

Pattern and roughness appropriate but still need to test
I haven't had a flat tire yet, so I also haven't had occasion to test these but they seem like great value for an extremely low price (especially versus a new tire.) I have handled them to try and gauge how quickly they'd smooth a hole, and they're rough / sharp and aggressive enough that I expect them to work quickly and well on not only tires, but on a variety of other materials. This pattern in particular should allow material to be shed and then passed backward pretty easily without clogging things up or slowing them down. If you've bothered to buy a patch kit for your tires, you really ought to have one of these around.

Great value, easy to use, and do a great job.
Great for tire repair! It fits in any drill in a snap, so you are able to ream the hole out in a tire so you can patch and repair the tire. My shop used these all the time, and never had any issues with them. They hold up well, and do the trick for just about any size hole in a tire. Great buy!
