Engineered for high-volume production kitchens, the Legion LGB-60 delivers 60 gallons (227 L) of perfectly even heat and continuous agitation in a fully self-contained, jacketed steam kettle. A deep-drawn 304 stainless interior, 2/3 steam jacket and factory-installed MV twin-shaft agitator make quick work of soups, sauces, fillings and more—while the insulated outer jacket keeps heat where it belongs and operators protected.

MV Mixer Performance
- Enclosed, balanced aluminum bridge with actuator-assisted lift for safe tilt-out access.
- Totally enclosed 2-speed gear motor (15 : 1 ratio) – High: 46 RPM / 120 RPM • Low: 23 RPM / 60 RPM (main / secondary).
- 304 SS anchor agitator contoured to the kettle; removable nylon blades continuously scrape.
- Counter-rotating secondary beater aerates and blends for uniform texture.
- Quick-release bayonet mounts let you remove both tools for cleaning without tools.
- Built-in safety lockout prevents high-speed starts when the bridge is raised.

Great Matcha for Price! 🍵

I was hesitant at first because the price seemed too good to be true, but this turned out to be amazing for the cost! It’s not the brightest “ceremonial first harvest” matcha I’ve tried, but it’s also not dull or too yellow tinted. The taste and aroma are both nice, and it works perfectly in lattes or on its own. It whisks up silky smooth. You get a great amount for the price too, some brands charge $20+ for a similar amount and quality. Overall, an amazing affordable find for matcha lovers!

Deceptive advertising - NOT 100 servings
Size: 1.4 Ounce (Pack of 1), Size: 1.4 Ounce (Pack of 1)
The bag shows 100 servings per container, which is one of the reasons I bought it, but it’s more like 30 servings. The bag shows serving size 1 scoop approximately 1g but the directions says “sift 1.5 tsp” but the scoop included in the bag is 1/2 tsp (it would take 3 scoops to equal 1.5 tsp). The taste is a little off, not as smooth as other brands I’ve tried.
