- 1/2" drains in every well are factory-manifolded to one gate valve for fast, mess-free cleanup.
- 18-gauge stainless-steel top and 20-gauge drawn wells for a seamless, food-safe surface that wipes clean.
- 1" fiberglass insulation on all sides and between wells keeps heat where it belongs while protecting surrounding counters.
- Galvanized exterior housing adds strength without extra weight.
- Press-fit perimeter gasket is pre-installed—simply drop it in and hard-wire.
