Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using

Start with 1/8-1/4 teaspoon (about 14-28 drops), twice daily for a week. Take under the tongue, orally or dilute with water or tea. Once extract is in the body’s system, the dosage can be reduced to 1 time per day depending on the severity of the complaint. Drinking several glasses of water daily is also suggested to help remove toxins and to hydrate the body. Best taken 15 minutes before eating or 2 hours after.
