The Kyoritsu 6205Pro like it's sibling the 6205 is a lightweight, portable appliance tester designed for testing single-phase appliances and extension leads. Its simple design features one-button operation, and a large screen clearly displays measurement values along with pass/fail indications. The intuitive red or green light system provides immediate feedback on test results, making it easy to interpret ambiguous outcomes. The 6205Pro additionally features a 15A run test capability and on board Wi-Fi and Bluetooth which can be used to communicate with 3rd party software such as Clevermode.

The Kyoritsu 6205Pro packs a wide range of capabilities into a compact unit, including current leakage testing and full RCD testing—covering both fixed and portable RCDs. It can operate on battery power for convenient testing in the field, while uses mains power for higher-load current leakage tests (up to 15A). The instrument also offers basic results logging, with the option to download test data to a PC using compatible software.
