Following the lead of Martha's best-selling Lockton Cookware collection is another pots and pans set designed to bring impressive style to any stovetop and serve flavors from the kitchen to the table. The Heathland 10-piece Ceramic Nonstick Cookware Set gives nonstick cooking a new look - a more sleek, leaner shape with exquisitely tapered pots and pans to contain and diffuse heat evenly. Heavy-gauge aluminum construction offers durability to work on turning fresh ingredients into homemade, gastronomic delights every day. Each taper-shaped pot and pan has a ceramic nonstick interior - made without PFOA, PTFE, lead or cadmium - to promote cooking and cleanup that's kinder to your health and to the environment. The pots come with tempered glass lids that trap in heat and moisture, perfect for making stews and slow simmers. Built-in vents regulate the release of steam to help prevent overflow. For recipes that require baking or finishing for a few minutes in the oven, set the oven up to 450°F (350°F if you place the cookware with glass lids). Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended.

Great Book.
Format: Mass Market Paperback
Its great to be able to go back and read Stokely Carmichael today in his own words. This book provides an excellent overview of what black power means and how the concept originated. Although the book seems a bit dated today, many of the ideas presented are still entirely relevant. Ive only given the book four stars due to its age. Many of the statistics presented are dated, and undoubtedly there are other texts available today that present these ideas in a much better/newer way. But if you are interested in Stokely Carmichael and what he stood for, this is the book to read.

Format: Paperback
Excellent articulation of the Black Power initiative within the Civil Rights Movement. A detailed view of Black Power, it's objectives, how these would be achieved, as well as it's misinterpretations. An afterword from each author appended in 1992 provides insight, reflection, and perspective on all that's changed, and what hasn't, since the book's publishing.

Format: Mass Market Paperback
Any book with the name Stokely Carmichael is a rare find. You can easily find the same book with Kwame Ture as the author since he changed his name and so later editions reflects the name change. Kwame Ture (fka Stokely Carmichael) changed his name for a reason. However, those of us from the sixties can never forget him nor the name Stokely Carmichael.
