High elevations, rainfall and cool climates year-round help to create the classic white tea characteristics - fresh and delicate flavours. The tea is produced with one bud and one leaf - one side dark and the other is white which is why it’s called Ancient moonlight.
Available in 40 gram canisters.
For the best results, brew at 80 degrees for 2 minutes. Use a dose of 1.9 grams for 100ml of water. Infuse twice.
