Musashi Shred & Burn is scientifically formulated using whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate in an advanced muscle shredding complex. This lean muscle formula is enhanced with key Shred & Burn ingredients: Carnitine and Green Tea extract to support your goals in a delicious formula that tastes great and mixes with ease.

Active ingredients:
Musashi Shred & Burn Protein Blend (93%) [Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Cocoa Powder, Flavour, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Caffeine, L-Carnitine, Enzyme (Papain), Green Tea Extract, Green Coffee Extract, Choline Bitartrate.

Contains Caffeine, Milk and Soy Products.

Directions:
Mix 34g (1 full scoop) with 200mL of water in a cup or shaker and mix until dissolved.

When:
Pre & Post-Training: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise or within 30 minutes after resistance training.
Daily: Can be added to water, milk or food as a convenient protein top up in throughout the day and on non-training days. Maximum one-day intake: up to 2 serves.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store below 30°C in a dry place.
• Discard contents 3 months after opening.
• Not recommended if you are pregnant or lactating, under 15 years old or sensitive to caffeine.
• Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with an appropriate physical training or exercise program.
