Hailed by The Guardian as "Poland's greatest living composer," Krzysztof Penderecki is the maestro behind the unforgettable, disturbing music on 1980's The Shining (including "De Natura Sonoris II", featured here). A complex tapestry of sound with striking use of pizzicato and flexatone, with aggressive barrages from brass and percussion, dissonant woodwind chords, spoken and hissing sounds, fervent strings, swirling organ, climactic choral and solo vocals. I see a lot of discussion over this product. Many loving it and many saying it is not granulated, but in the powder form. It IS indeed labelled Garlic Powder, but this is actually the granulated type, just very small granules. This is important because I like the granulated; I find the true powder form to be hard to work with and not as good tasting. This Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder is excellent, very fine quality, dried garlic into tiny granules. I'm very happy with this product.

Reasonably priced garlic powder with no anti caking ingredients.

I like this garlic powder it is just like similar ones I purchased in the past.
It has no additive so you get pure garlic powder there is no anti- caking agent.
It is not like the store bought granulated garlic powder with anti-caking agents
When you pour it out lightly tap it because it could come out fairly fast compared to the granulated garlic type.
Whenever I get a chance I order a new one because this is flavorful. Just when I add it to Chicken fried I added on the top after cooking that and covering you don't want to burn it.

I purchased this Amazon Grocery Garlic Powder as a pantry staple for everyday cooking, and it has quickly become one of the seasonings I reach for most often.
The garlic flavor is fresh, aromatic, and strong enough to add noticeable taste to meats, vegetables, soups, sauces, and marinades without needing to use a large amount.
I appreciate that the ingredient list is simple and contains only garlic, which is exactly what I look for in a basic seasoning.
The 3.9-ounce container is a practical size for regular household use. It stores easily in my spice cabinet and has been convenient to grab while cooking. It's enough to have on hand without going stale or clumping.
I found the powder easy to blend into recipes, and it disperses well whether I am seasoning food before cooking or adding it during preparation. The flavor is consistent from use to use, which helps when following recipes.
I also like the value this product offers. The price is reasonable compared to many similar garlic powders, yet the quality has been just as good as more expensive options I have tried.
