- Thermostatic heat controls, capillary tube thermostats, and a low-water indicator light improve day-to-day operation.

- 300-series stainless steel body with undershelf and adjustable legs delivers commercial durability.
- Accepts full-size or fractional pans up to 6 inches deep; recommended for up to 4 inches deep.
