The Hamster IL-6 ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Hamster IL6. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Hamster IL6. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Hamster IL6, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Hamster IL6 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Not good, poor quality from Eufy products
I bought this as a last try to fix my unit. I wanted to share my experience with the Eufy S1 Pro after owning two units. Unfortunately, both units had serious issues. The first one developed multiple problems within less than a year: Dirty water tank issues Mop roller lifting motor malfunction Loud and abnormal noise during dust collection Eventually stopped working completely Despite that, I decided to give it another try and purchased a second unit, planning to reuse parts from the first one if needed. However, the second unit failed even faster. After around 2 months, it stopped performing dust suction from the robot to the base station. At this point, I cannot recommend this product. The reliability has been very poor in my experience, especially considering the price. On a positive note, customer support has been responsive and helpful, but unfortunately, the product quality itself did not meet expectations.
