Nature's Way Kid's Smart Bursts DHA 300mg Triple Strength is high in DHA, an essential nutrient for children that can help support cognitive health and development, maintain a healthy nervous system, and support vision and eye development. DHA can also support children’s general health and their ability to think, learn and remember. acids – docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) that our bodies cannot produce, so we need to get them from either the food we eat or quality supplements in order to meet our daily needs. DHA is known to help children’s developing brains and preliminary research has found that Omega-3 DHA may help support healthy brain function, learning and behaviour.

Nature's Way Kid's Smart Bursts DHA 300mg Triple Strength is formulated to help support:

  • Brain Health & Cognitive Function: Omega-3 DHA supports health brain and central nervous system development, including cognitive function to support learning and information procession in growing children.
  • Eye Health: DHA supports healthy eye development and function.
  • Growth & Development: DHA supports children’s growth and development.

Nature's Way Kid's Smart Bursts DHA 300mg Triple Strength is 99.9% sugar free and it is the fun, easy and delicious way for kids to take DHA with a delicious orange flavour they will love!

Active ingredients:
Each soft capsule contains: Concentrated Omega-3 Triglycerides 597.6mg:

  • Equivalent to Docosahexaenoic Acid 300mg
  • Equivalent to Eicosapentaenoic Acid 60mg

Directions for parents: 
Children 1 – 4 years: One soft capsule per day. Twist or cut off the tail and squeeze into your child’s mouth or onto food. 
Children 5+ years: 1-2 soft capsules per day, recommended under adult supervision. The entire capsule is chewable and suitable to be eaten. Or as directed by your health professional. 

Not to be used in children under 1 year without medical advice.

Nature's Way Kid's Smart Bursts DHA 300mg Triple Strength has a delicious orange taste and can be taken in two easy ways:

  1. Twist and Squirt: Simply twist or cut the rail and squeeze into your child’s mouth or onto their favourite food.
  2. Chew and Burst: place the chewable capsule directly into the mouth and chew. The entire capsule is safe to be eaten.

Contraindications and cautions:

  • Store below 25°C and Refrigerate after opening
  • Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
